Order Delivery
We aim to deliver orders to the address provided during checkout within 2 to 3 working days.
This delivery timeline is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., logistics delays, weather, or public holidays).
Zeina Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Incorrect, Incomplete, or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged:
You are entitled to request an exchange or receive compensation in the form of a discount on your next order.
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged upon delivery.
Zeina Fashions reserves the right to evaluate the item’s condition before approving a full or partial refund.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed over to Pakistan Post or any delivery partner.
Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
